You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the day of purchase. Personalized products cannot be returned.
To be able to return the item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in its original packaging. In order for you to successfully complete the return process, we also need an original invoice or proof of purchase from you.
Product return process
When you return the product, we will further examine it at MOI and inform you about all the procedures via e-mail. We will also let you know whether or not we will allow you to return the product.

Exchange of products
We only exchange products for you if they are damaged or have clear, cosmetic defects or errors. If you want to exchange the received product, please first send us an e-mail at email@example.com and send us the product you want to exchange to the address Tina Krajnc s.p., Slovenska ulica 13, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.
Postage when exchanging products
The customer himself covers the costs of delivering the product. We recommend that you pay extra for the package tracking service, as Moi is not responsible for possible lost shipments during shipping itself.
