Personalized products cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be able to return the item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in its original packaging. In order for you to successfully complete the return process, we also need an original invoice or proof of purchase from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product return process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you return the product, we will further examine it at MOI and inform you about all the procedures via e-mail. We will also let you know whether or not we will allow you to return the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waiting for product return approval<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t received your refund as agreed, please contact us so we can look into where it got stuck.
