Shipping & Delivery

As online shopaholics as well, we know how frustrating waiting for your fresh Moi order can be. Because of this, we strive to ship out your order as soon as possible.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

• We ship on business days. Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
• Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
• When we encounter any delays or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as we can.
• While we get your order to our shipping partners as fast as we can, we have to rely on them to get it to you as soon as possible. On average, this will take 10 days, but in some situations such as holiday periods, this can take a bit longer.
• We will package your order with all the love and care in the world! We want your Moi experience to be special, and this starts with receiving our package in perfect shape, and packaged in a pretty way!

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to our checkout page, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. What is listed on the checkout page, will be the entire shipping cost you will pay to us, no hidden surprises, ever!

Where does my order ship from?

We ship your order from our workshop in Slovenia.
