What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping and handling costs are included in the price of the product. Only when shipping to continents America, Africa, Australia, Asia there may be an additional shipping cost that varies. You will be contacted and informed by the seller in that case. We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. The order is shipped right after proceeding your payment and accepting it by the seller. The seller is not responsible for any kind of delay caused by the shipping company.

How Can I Purchase an Item on Moi Style's Website?
It is easy – just pick a product you like, add it to your cart and click on checkout. Afterward fill in all the important information and follow the steps. System will redirect you to PayPal (payment gate), you do not need to register, just click on “Pay with my credit or debit card” and use your credit or debit card. You will be redirected automatically to our e-shop afterwards and your purchase will be processed.

How Does Moi Style Manufactures Unique Products?
Every step of our manufacture process is done in Slovenia, Europe. We pick only the finest wood and fabrics and process them carefully. All of our products are hand-made to ensure the highest quality and endurance.
Are Your Wooden Products Fragile?
We produce items based on high quality materials, with special design to guarantee the items to last long and resist against hits, but please don’t forget they’re made out of wood, and wood isn’t metal or plastic. It’s still wood.
Is The Wooden Bow Tie Comfortable?
Yes, it wears as normal bow tie. It is light to wear and adjustable to fit perfectly on every neck. The only different between regular bow tie and wooden bow tie is in its unique and original look.
What Neck Size Do Moi Style Bow Tie Fit?
The bow ties come with an adjustable band with attached bow-tie clasps that fit between a 14” to a 21.5” neck.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
If you’re a Slovenian resident, you can pay via filling out an UPN form (see example below).

What Types of Wood Does Moi Style Use?
We use European local wood. We are in love in Oak wood and Cherry wood. We also love to listen to our buyers and make custom items for them from other types of wood.
What Fabrics Do We Use?
We use cotton and silk.
Does Moi Style Make Custom Bow Ties?
Yes, we do! You can select your own wood and fabric and we will make it.
Do The Bow Ties Come Gift-Wrapped?
